This workshop will be held at Heartland Unitarian Universalist Church* at 9870 N Michigan Rd, Carmel, IN 46032.  *The Unitarian Universalist Church is open to all faiths and bodies. Though this workshop is not affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Church, a portion of all sales will be given to the church to rent this space.

Join us to explore the real and tender work of caring for your loved ones at the end of life. Forming a relationship with your mortality and the mortality of your loved ones now can help you be more present and compassionate as you embark on various end-of-life journeys.

WORKSHOP DETAILS:

  • Workshop cost: By-need sliding scale pricing, Supported price- $55, Standard price- $75, Pay it forward price- $100. Please select the price that best suits your current needs.

  • What to bring: Light refreshments and snacks, including gluten- and vegan-friendly snacks and beverages, will be available. Consider bringing a pen and notebook, water or your favorite beverage, comfy clothes, and any creature comforts like pillows or blankets that might make you feel better supported.

  • Accessibility: This space is wheelchair accessible. This workshop includes slides. The facilitators will use microphones for hearing accessibility. Please let us know if you have any other needs.

  • Considerations: You will have the option to participate in group activities. This workshop may bring up grief and emotional responses. As facilitators, we are prepared to welcome and hold what comes up. If you are actively grieving a loss, we invite you to consider this before signing up.
